Mr. Badalla, located in Thornhill, Ontario, was worried about his foundation possibly collapsing. He came across our Facebook ad and decided to fill out the form. We promptly reached out to him to offer a free inspection & estimate. Our sales manager Steve went to Thornhill to meet Mr. Badalla and to perform the inspection. Upon completing the inspection, he decided the best course of action would be to permanently stabilize the floors above the crawl space using 12 SmartJack® Crawl Space Stabilizer steel piers. We then scheduled a time for the installation. Our foreman Colin went as scheduled to complete the steel pier installation in the crawl space. The installation went smoothly, and the steel piers were all installed without issue. Our client can sleep better at night now knowing that his floors are stable, and they won’t collapse underneath him. Another job well done by our team at Basement Systems Toronto.

We installed our CleanSpace and SmartDrain™ systems, transforming the space from dark and unused to a clean, bright, and efficiently sealed area, as shown in the "after" photo. Mr. Rupee, located in Richmond Hill, Ontario, found us through our Facebook advertising and decided to reach out because he was having water infiltration problems in his basement. We offered to come by for a free inspection in order to check out the situation. Our specialist Steve headed to his home in Richmond Hill to conduct the inspection and provide a free estimate. After a thorough inspection of the basement, it was decided that the most effective treatment plan would be to install a WaterGuard system along the perimeter of the basement, as well as a new sump pump system, and finally some Mold-X2 mold treatment.
Our foreman Colin and his team then went to complete the installation at a time that was suitable for our client. First, they carefully removed the drywall and dug a trench along the walls where the WaterGuard system was to be installed. They then placed the WaterGuard in the dug trench. After the WaterGuard was neatly installed, they removed the old sump pump system and installed a new TripleSafe™ sump pump system in its place. Finally, they added the Mold-X2 treatment in order to clean the contaminated surfaces and prevent mold from regrowing. After all installations were completed, our team poured cement to fill the trenches that were dug, and they also restored the drywall that was removed. Mr. Rupee can now enjoy the comfort of his home without worrying about the consequences of water infiltration and mold. Another job well done by our team at Basement Systems Toronto.

Mr. Durand in Markham, Ontario, was looking to get a new sump pump system because he was having water infiltration issues, and he did not have an existing sump pump. While searching the internet for a solution, he came across our website and decided to give us a call, seeing as we had examples of many completed sump pump installation jobs. Our team booked him an appointment for a free inspection at his convenience. Our specialist Jason met Mr. Durand at his Markham home to complete the inspection. He proposed to install 18 feet of WaterGuard® Below Floor Drain as well as a new SuperSump® Premier Sump Pump System in order to thoroughly keep out any water infiltrating into the basement. Mr. Durand accepted his proposal, and we scheduled the installation with him.
On the scheduled date, foreman Colin and his team went to install the products. They first carefully dug a trench along the basement walls and placed the WaterGuard® System inside. The next step in the project was to install the SuperSump® Sump Pump System. They dug a pit and installed the sump pump inside and connected it to the WaterGuard® system. They then filled the trench and the pit with cement and made sure it was level with the floor. Our client is now worry-free thanks to the team at Basement Systems Toronto!
