Floor Stabilizing in Barrie, Ontario

Mrs. Kochanowska, a homeowner located in Barrie, Ontario, was worried about her home’s foundation. The floors in her kitchen seemed to be sinking. She took to the internet to look for a solution. Our specialist Jason headed over to Barrie at the scheduled time and conducted a thorough inspection of the sinking floor and the crawl space underneath. He proposed that we come by and install 5 SmartJack systems in the crawl space in order to stabilize the floor above and keep it from sinking any more. Mrs. Kochanowska accepted Jason’s proposal, and we scheduled a date for the installation. Foreman Colin and his team arrived on site on the installation date and got to work. They first dug into the cement slab in the areas where SmartJacks would be installed. They then installed the SmartJacks inside and put cement on top to seal them in.
