CrawlSpace during our inspection
A poorly maintained crawlspace can lead to a multitude of serious issues, including the growth of harmful mold, which can pose significant health risks to the occupants. Additionally, it can cause structural damage to the home, weakening the foundation and support beams over time. Furthermore, the accumulation of moisture and pests in the crawlspace can decrease indoor air quality, contributing to respiratory problems and an overall unhealthy living environment.
Drainage Matting
The drainage matting is one of the two barrier of the CleanSpace system. It aims to direct the infiltrated water to the drainage system of to the sump pump.
TerraBlock & SilverGlo
Silver Glo acts as thermal insulation. It is placed on the walls. In addition, we also placed our TerraBlock thermal insulation on the floor. It goes along with the CleanSpace system.
CleanSpace Vapor Barrier
To end our encapsulation, we placed our CleanSpace vapor Barrier on top. It is super durable and could allow you to place some stockages inside the crawlspace.
