This common issue required immediate attention to prevent further damage. After contacting our Customer Care team, we quickly dispatched a System Design Specialist to conduct a thorough inspection. The findings revealed significant water entry issues that couldn't be ignored, especially with the potential for heavy rains and snowmelt.

Solution

To address the homeowner's concerns, we proposed the installation of a TripleSafe Sump Pump system and an IceGuard system. The TripleSafe Sump Pump provides three layers of protection against water overflow, ensuring optimal performance even in extreme conditions. The IceGuard system was installed on the exterior of the home, designed to prevent backups due to frozen discharge lines, a necessity for our harsh Canadian winters.

Our expert team arrived to complete the installation, bringing our signature care and precision to the job. In addition to the TripleSafe and IceGuard systems, we also installed a LawnScape™ Discharge Line Outlet. This grated outlet system seamlessly blends with the lawn and landscaping, eliminating tripping hazards while protecting the sump pump discharge line from debris and animal blockages. The LawnScape™ outlet’s durable design ensures it can withstand the weight of lawn equipment, and its removable lid allows for easy cleaning.
