Waterproof your basement in the middle of winter!
Gone are the days when homeowners had to say, “I have a problem with water infiltration in the basement, but I'll have to wait until spring and thaw period to fix it.” Thanks to technological innovations and improvements in waterproofing systems, waiting for spring, worrying about the problem resurfacing, and fearing excavation for an external French drain installation are no longer necessary.
Our dedicated team of professionals can install an interior drainage system connected to a sump pump water evacuation system in the midst of winter, preventing water issues before they reappear and without the need for external excavation!
Operating tirelessly throughout the year, even during the long winter months, our team safeguards numerous basements from water infiltration. These caused by hydrostatic pressure, high water tables, nearby rivers, heavy rains, and various other geographical factors that pose a threat to your home's well-being.
How do we do it? It's simple!
- First, we dig a 1-foot trench on the perimeter of the affected foundation.
- Next, we install the WaterGuard® Below Floor Drain that collects water that seeps through basement walls and drains it to the sump pump.
- Then, we connect the drain to the sump pump system. Pictured below is our top-of-the-line TripleSafe™ sump pump system that includes three pumps that work concurrently and a backup battery system in case of power failure.
- The basement is now protected from water infiltration and our customers can enjoy a dry and livable space.
